Know Weigh!November 12 Weigh in - 11 November 2008I had weigh in tonight and I was bit apprehensive because I've had a difficult week, and had not been food optimisiing 100%
I was hoping for maintain but I did a lot better than I expected; I lost 3lbs!
I am absolutely delighted with the loss because I had eaten things I really shouldn't have done however I still had exercising on the Wii Fit.
I also won Slimmer of the Week. This has given me a boost to carry on. Just another 2.5lbs to get to my next award.
Going to really try going back to the diet sheet and being very disciplined with myself. I'd love to lose half a stone by Christmas.
It may be a tall order but I'll give it a go. I had set myself a target a few weeks of 11lbs to lose by Christmas. I think if I haven't already lost that, I'm can't be that far off......... November 11 Weigh In - 4th November 2008I had weigh in last Tuesday and I surprised myself! I managed to lose half a pound!
I was well chuffed as I had just spent the weekend in Cornwall, and wasn't entirely strict with the healthy eating plan.
I had to have a Cornish pasty; would have been rude not to lol. I also managed a little bit walking; unfortunately couldn't go too far as Lily, my dog, can't walk too far now. I now have 5.5lbs to lose to reach my next target of 1.5 stone and it's looking very possible to achieve by end of November. October 30 Weigh In - 28th October 2008It was weigh in on Tuesday and I was hoping I had lost 2.5lbs so I can reach my 1 stone loss award - and I did!
I lost 3.5lbs, making a grand total of 1st 1lb since beginning of September and I was named joint Slimmer of the Week. This is my first SOTW award since I joined the new class and it's nice to have won this award. I have 6lbs to get to my next award of 1.5 st; I've set myself this target by the end of November. I have also qualified for my bronze and silver body magic awards. I'm working hard to get to my gold one which I should hopefully get by end of November. October 21 Weigh In - 21 October 2008Today was the weekly weigh in and I was fairly confident of having shed the 2lbs I gained last week. I had been very disciplined and had gone back to filling in diet sheets to try and get my focus back. I was well happy when I got on the scales; I had lost 4lbs!!!!
That has been the most weight I have lost in a week, and I've put this down to 100% discipline and regular exercise on the Wii Fit. Going to be more of the same next week and I've set a target of 2.5lbs so I can get to my stone award target
I'm also determined to get my awards for Body Magic at Slimming World; I need to check my book but I believe I may have qualified for the silver award.
Want to keep going and get the gold; think I need to go forever to get the bloody platinum lol.

Bought one of these recently and I've had great fun with it (and that's despite being told my age was in the 50s one time!
I try to do the Body Test daily and then focus on the Aerobics and Balance games; can't really get into Yoga or the muscle strengthening exercises, just not my cup of tea.
I certainly generally feel a whole lot fitter and I'm starting to tone up which is good as well. And what is even better is taking regular exercise on the Wii Fit counts as Body Magic - woohoo!
